Our food
Mumbai's favourite snack, made in Watford
In Mumbai, vadapav is what you grab on the way to the train: a spiced potato vada, dipped in gram-flour batter and fried, tucked into a soft pav with fiery dry garlic chutney and fresh green chutney. Four bites, and you want another.
We make it the Mumbai way, along with the rest of the street menu: pav bhaji, misal pav, dabeli, bhajiya and proper cutting chai.
- Fried to order. Your vada goes in the kadhai when your order comes in.
- Two chutneys, always. Lasun and green chutney on every vadapav, with a fried mirchi on the side.
- All vegetarian. Everything we make is vegetarian.
